How do I import my data from Genesis R&D Foods into Genesis R&D Supplements?

If you have an existing installation of Genesis R&D Foods and have moved to Genesis R&S Supplements, you can transfer all of your existing user-created items to the new system.

Export data from Genesis R&D Foods for Import into Genesis R&D Supplements

Export Records

Refer to this Genesis R&D Foods KB article for details on exporting from Genesis R&D Foods

Import Records

1. Open Genesis R&D Supplements.

2. Click Database.

3. Click Import Data.

4. Locate the .exl files from the Export Records steps above.
   
   

   If you are in the Cloud:

   To easily locate the files when you are importing or exporting the exl files. Please create a folder on the C drive and copy the files to that folder.

5. Click Open.

6. Click OK.

Search for and open these files like you would any others.
